When you make an appointment for salon services, we reserve staff and space just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If less than a 24-hour notice is given, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
Gratuities are not included in any of our salon services. Gratuities cannot be charged on credit cards.
Gift cards are thoughtful and treasured gifts for all occasions. They are available for any service or product. We will gladly help customize your gift. Maria Livesay Salon Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount in person or by phone. Our Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift Cards – being used for payment – must be physically presented for proper credit.
All prices are subject to change.
All liquid products can be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase. All Boutique purchases can be returned up to 14 days of purchase and can only be returned for Boutique exchange or Boutique credit. All discounted retail is considered final sale and not returnable.
There will be no monetary refunds on services provided. We offer a two-week window on adjustments.
Please wear the robe provided by the salon to protect your clothing.
Maria Livesay Salon cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property during service. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
